REPORT A PROBLEM:
All Carlson Design plotter/cutters come with free phone and email support for the life of the system*. Our plotters are very reliable and experience very little downtime, however if there is a problem, please follow these steps:
- Please email or fax (918-438-8344) your “Help” report, generated from PlotMaster configure screen. Include: Your Company Name, Machine Serial Number, Phone Number, description of the problem, and include any pictures or files.
- Have the person who normally operates the plotter/cutter place the service call or email. They will be able to provide the information we need to get you operating quickly.
- When calling for service, please be near the plotter/cutter and computer during the call. Most problems we can resolve during the call.
