Carlson Design shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of its products. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be charged on all past-due amounts. The seller will also charge reasonable attorney fees in the event of any action proceeding for the collection of the sums billed on the invoice. Sale is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
