All Carlson Design plotter/cutters come with free phone and email support for the life of the system*.  Our plotters are very reliable and experience very little downtime, however if there is a problem, please follow these steps:

1. Please email or fax (918-438-8344) your “Help” report, generated from PlotMaster configure screen. Include: Your Company Name, Machine Serial Number, Phone Number, description of the problem, and include any pictures or files.
2. Have the person who normally operates the plotter/cutter place the service call or email. They will be able to provide the information we need to get you operating quickly.
3. When calling for service, please be near the plotter/cutter and computer during the call. Most problems we can resolve during the call.
